ABOUT HJC SPORTS HJC has been developing and manufacturing helmets since 1971. Highly praised in the field of motorcycle helmets, HJC is recognized for its long history of helmet production involving advanced material construction, strength and lightweight performance.

The brand has distribution in over 80 different countries worldwide with various helmet categories representing 20% of the European motorcycle helmet market. With lessons learned from the time it took to be successful, HJC is now moving forward once again with the aim of becoming the world’s firstclass helmet company by developing next level cycling helmets with strategic choices made in the creation and the introduction of new construction methods.
PROFILE With a higher education, you have solid experience (over 5 years) in sales and marketing within the cycling industry. You are a cyclist, or a cycling enthusiast and you have perfect knowledge of the bicycle and cycle accessories market, trend and business activities in Europe.
You possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, meticulousness, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.
YOUR MISSION DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SALES NETWORK
- Management and development of the sales network in Europe
- Harmonized management of current European partners (distributors, sales agencies, etc.)
- Development of appropriate sales and marketing strategy for each national market
EUROPEAN MARKET ANALYSIS
- Analysis and report on the European and global bicycle and cycle accessories market
- Analysis of trends in the bicycle and sports industry in general
- Competitive intelligence and press review
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
- Advice during the development phase of new models
- Market research and needs analysis for product development.
MARKETING & MANAGEMENT MANAGER
- Bring the brand to a leading position in the cycle helmet market in Europe
- Development and Management of general marketing plan
- Marketing strategy and plan for the launch and sale of new products
- Planning and participation in exhibitions and events
PARTNER MANAGEMENT
- Harmonized management of current European partners (distributors, sales agency, Key-accounts, etc.)
- Development of appropriate marketing strategies for each national market by regular meetings
- Management and development of sports sponsorship actions and brand partnerships
- Generate new brand collaborations in the European, national or local area
HJC SPORTS TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Team leader and HR management of the members in HJC Sports cycle helmets division in Europe
