Job description

This Company. is an independent, fully integrated fund administration and corporate services provider, established in Luxembourg since 2003 and authorised as a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) since 2009. The Plus : Flexible working hours. Possibility of teleworking (under conditions) 2 satellite offices to work close from home. A modern workplace (kitchen-lounge, coffee corners, football, pool table, etc.), located in the Luxembourg booming district of Cloche d'Or. Company events. Meal vouchers. Looking for a Junior Accountant with experience in corporate accounting to join the accounting department. The selected candidate will report directly to the Senior / Manager.

• Handle day-to-day operations of companies.
• Liaising with clients, auditors, banks etc.
• Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts.
• Administration and preparation of financial statements as well as consolidated accounts.
• Preparation/review of management reporting.
• Preparation/review of VAT returns.
• Preparation of corporate/legal documents (Annual General Meetings, Board Meetings included).
• You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• You have between 1 and 3 years of experience.
• You have a good command of English and French; any other language will be considered as an advantage.
• You are trustworthy, well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills.
• You are a flexible, highly reliable and excellent team player and stress resistant.
• You are capable of confidentiality and discretion, initiative taking.
• Handling and Knowledge of Bob50.
