Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA's distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA's customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro France SAS ('the Company')provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in France.
We are looking for an Associate Finance Analyst - 8 months contract - based in Le Bourget du Lac (Savoie)

Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks :

Sales Reporting

- Weekly Preparation & Submission of Orders & Shipments Reports to EU Finance
- Preparation and analysis of various Weekly Reports both by Brand & by Account. Documents are key tools used by Management to ensure that the Business Unit Sales are on Track.
- Maintain & Update all Relevant Forms for discounts (PAF/Closeout/FOC etc) and BE able to provide guidance and support to the Local Team.
- Update & Submit Monthly Actual Net Revenue by Brand in line with Reported Sales.

Advertising & Promotion Spend

- Tracking & Monitoring A&P Spend, achieved by working closely with the Local Marketing Team.
- This will involve maintaining Budgets (annually) and Forecasts (Monthly/as needed by Marketing) by Internal Order in SAP
- Approving Purchase Requisitions in line with Forecast and ensuring that these meet our SOX Controls.
- Maintaining Cost Centre Approvers if any changes required.

Initiate Cost Centre Creation if needed.

Forecast/ Budget Submission

- Assist with creation of Monthly Forecasts / Annual Budgets via TLP System.
- Submit both Domestic & FOB Budget/ Forecasts P&L & Balance Sheet by Month onto Longview and ensure that this matches the Budget/Forecast.
- Submit both Domestic & FOB Net Revenue Plan by Month onto Longview and ensure that this matches the Budget/Forecast.

Profile :

Good level of Excel

Comfortable with numbers

Ability to translate figures for non-financial people

Good level of English

Accounting knowledge
