Job description
Compensation & Benefits Manager, France & Switzerland
- Act as the Compensation & Benefits Partner for the Business; ensure our Compensation & Benefits programs allow us to attract, engage and retain Talents on an on-going basis while maintaining alignment to our Global Compensation & Benefits Strategy and initiatives;
- Take a proactive consultancy approach to ensure our Compensation & Benefits programs meet current and future Business needs;
- Nurture a Performance culture, in line with ADP's global Pay for Performance strategy;
- Monitor local compliance of Compensation & Benefits Programs;
The role has primary focus on ADP France/Switzerland and may take on additional internal clients based on business needs.
Responsabilities
- Lead the local deployment of Compensation programs aligned to our Global Compensation Initiatives. E .g. Global Job Architecture, Compensation Policies, etc.;
- Proactively assess our Compensation Programs against external trends as well as local ADP Business strategy and needs, leveraging or creating appropriate internal analytics and/or external market data; recommend actions to ensure our Compensation Programs remain competitive on the market and aligned to business needs, with a focus on high-potentials, top performers and critical roles;
- Assist with the annual Focal Point Review exercise; help leaders enhance differentiation of pay based on performance;
- Proactively work on Gender Pay Equity matters; act as the point of contact for the annual Gender Equality Index report process and ensure compliance with French Gender Pay Gap legislation;
- Provide advice and guidance on appropriate hiring or promotional compensation packages when needed, in line with our Compensation policies and in cooperation with Talent Acquisition/HR Partners and Leaders;
- Ensure HR dashboards are provided to stakeholders in compliance with legal obligations (Bilan Social, BDES, Gender Equity Index...)
- Participate to French Annual Mandatory Negotiations (NAO) in cooperation with GM, HR Director and labor relations manager
- Manage Benefits program with external brokers (medical plan, LTD plan, company saving plans PEE/PERECO)
- Manage Employee saving schemes (Profit Sharing, conversion of untaken days)
- Ensure compliance with local tax and employment legislation;
- Handle international mobility matters to/from France/Switzerland, in cooperation with the EMEA Total Rewards team and the Global Mobility group;
- Participate in global or regional Total Rewards projects as required
Profile
- Proficient in Compensation & Benefits principles and techniques;
- Very good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits regulatory environment in France; knowledge of additional countries in Europe would be a plus;
- Experience in working with Compensation Systems
- Proficient in PC software applications
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy,
- Strong analytical and organizational skills,
- Results orientation,
- Service orientation and solution focused,
- Excellent Project Management skills,
- Qualification in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources
- Substantial experience in a compensation role, ideally in a multi-national organization with experience of working across different countries & cultures
- Successful experiences in a matrix environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including consulting skills, presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Successful experiences in managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong research, creativity and analytical skills as they relate to program & process deployment and development
- Fluent in English; & French
