About your role :
As a Senior Composite Structures Design Engineer, your mission will be to spearhead the development of the structure composites parts of our products based on our groundbreaking hybrid rocket engine technology.
Your key responsibilities :
- Technical leadership: take the helm of the composite structures design team, mentoring an training junior engineers, and guiding them through of composite design.
- Advanced design: Design composite stages, incorporating complex composite structures, aiming for simplicity, innovation and reliability.
- Research and development: Conduct research to integrate new technologies into designs, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Design project management: Play a pivotal role in multiple design projects, ensuring fluid collaboration across teams and the achievement of milestones on schedule and budget.
- Stakeholder communication: be the voice of innovation, liaising with departments and suppliers regarding the technical aspects of design projects.
