Job description
We are seeking for one of our clients, a single-family office based in Monaco, a skilled and motivated Financial Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in accounting functions, which focus on a broad array of companies principally holding financial investments managed by the family office. Le poste : Responsibilities:
- Ensure that proper internal controls and reconciliations are undertaken
- Review entries in the portfolio management system
- Prepare individual financial statements of SPVs holding financial assets and their consolidation
- Undertake or oversee the preparation of individual financial statements of SPVs holding other private assets
- Liaise with external advisors and auditors and take ownership of audit engagements
- Collaborate with the wider team in choosing and implementing a new BI toolProfil recherché : Requirements:
- Experience with accountancy programs, portfolio management systems & performance management software along withF a high level of computer proficiency
- University Degree in Finance and Accounting and/or a professional accountancy qualification
- Minimum of 5 years work experience, dealing with accounting processes, financial and management reporting, or auditing
- A strong knowledge of all financial asset classes
- Fluency in English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with other support and departments
