Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operators to join our clients manufacturing site in the Ystrad Mynach area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company who are very much the employer of choice within the local area.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday on a mornings & afternoons rotating pattern. No night shift and overtime also available.
- Morning Shift - 06:00am - 14:00pm Monday - Friday
- Afternoon shift - 14:00pm - 22:00pm Monday - Thursday. Fridays - 10:00am - 18:00pm.

Duties: - Operating a range of production equipment and machinery (filling machinery).
- Completing quality reports, ensuring high levels of quality on finished product.
- Manually pack & fill product using machinery and equipment.
- Quality and Inspection on raw and finished product.
- Packing of finished product & general production duties.
- Working within a team environment to ensure manufacturing KPI’s/targets are met.
The desired candidates will have: - Able to work to targets/production KPI’s & production schedules.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Previous relevant manufacturing /production experience Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.
