Job description
The Job Holder is responsible for supporting the operations of the Call Centre, which involves supporting the hotline, liaison with patients and residents, coordination of requests to appointment booking for regular screening and vaccination..
Responsibilities include:
- Attendto phone/emailenquiries in line with service standards
- Makeoutbound calls to reach out to the population to stay healthy and well in the community
- Assist intheimplementation and operations of initiativesand enablers (e.g. IT-related projects) to enhance care integration and improve population health
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Meticulous, service oriented and display positive attitude.
- Strong communication and team player.
- Adaptable and able to think on feet.
- Experience in call centre or service line will be advantageous.
- Ability to speak various languages will be advantageous.
