We are looking for a ServiceNow CSM/ITSM Technical Expert H/F for our client. The company is located near Nice in the south east of France.

The mission involves :
- Transform business requirements into ServiceNow features with a focus on minimizing customization.
- Collaborate closely with the SN Architect throughout the design, development, and support phases of ServiceNow solutions, adhering to best practices in architecture, design, and development.
- Implement ServiceNow CSM or ITSM & ITAM solutions, encompassing various aspects such as core platform implementations (case, incident, mim, service catalog, etc.), enhancements to CSM Portal/Employee Center, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Assess and optimize implementations completed by other developers, ensuring alignment with low customization principles, optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Address identified gaps during the UAT phase by developing enhancements and potentially revising existing designs for improvement.

Remote : 2 days per week - You have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience on the Servicenow platform.
