Your responsibilities:
- Prepare production in compliance with technical specifications and established quality standards,
- Manage the various workstations (cold, hot, garnishes, desserts, etc.), adapting to unforeseen situations (allergies, menu changes, specific requests, etc.),
- Comply with HACCP standards at all times,
- Maintain good communication with all other hotel departments (Reception, Restaurants, Maintenance, etc.) and Business Solution,
- Participate in the integration and training of new employees and in the follow-up of our work-study students and interns.
What will it take for you to succeed?
- You are proficient in all culinary techniques (regeneration of dishes, preparation, cutting, different cooking methods, dressing, etc.);
- You are autonomous, organized and enjoy passing on your knowledge;
- You have a cooking diploma (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro or BTS);
- You have a minimum level of French B1;
- You are a team player in all circumstances, and have good communication skills in an international environment;
- You are comfortable working in different types of catering (buffet, table service, cocktail service, customized services, etc.).
- You're flexible and can work 6H 2H, weekdays and weekends;
- Experience in catering or events would be a plus.
Additional Information:
35-hour fixed-term contracts (minimum 2-week fixed-term contracts during school vacations) or open-ended contracts (CDI).
Interviews will take place remotely for positions based in Marne-La-Vallée.
