This is how we mobilize our employees or our teams of experts, technicians, and supervisors on foreign sites to solve all kinds of technical problems.
On behalf of one of our international clients specialising in construction, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract in Saudi Arabia.
As a Project Manager, your main tasks will BE to :
- Analysing and defining calls for tender, in collaboration with the purchasing department
- Prepare, launch and manage projects in line with customer requirements in terms of quality, content, cost and deadlines
- To study and negotiate the technical conditions of each project, and the deadlines and costs for completion
- Drawing up the management plan and setting objectives
- Define the phasing of the operation (design/engineering and works) - You have an engineering degree in the building and public works sector
- You have at least 7 years' experience in construction project management (design management and site supervision)
- You have a general knowledge of all building trades
- You are fluent in English and Arabic (desirable)
- You have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have a good knowledge of management software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
