Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the culinary production (between 30 and 45 covers per service)
- Contribute to the restaurant overall success and lead the kitchen team with creativity
- Manage, lead and train the kitchen team
- Demonstrate excellent kitchen management skills, overseeing all aspects of food preparation quality, and service
- Ensure that HACCP processes are respected and applied
- Manage your orders and stocks
- Fully contribute to the guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to contribute to menu development and maintain our commitment to culinary excellence
