Mobilisights is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement leader to spearhead and lead our sales enablement function. Reporting into the Head of Global Sales Operations, you will partner with key functional teams in developing, managing and delivering sales training programs, curriculum, knowledge library resources, platforms etc. to drive sales proficiency and effectiveness. Your role is critical to our go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an onboarding plan for new hires that prepares them to BE a valuable member of their team from day one
- Develop and execute ongoing training program for sales to cover sales methodology, product, contracting etc.
- Partner with key functions / process owners to develop and maintain training content, FAQ and knowledge library
- Conduct or facilitate training sessions
- Develop and maintain sales content library and tools, ensuring they are current, relevant and easily consumed
- Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption
- Align enablement activities with go-to-market events, such as new product launches, new sales program launches, or new technology platform launches
- Work with marketing on external facing customer collateral when needed
- Conduct ongoing assessments of sales team knowledge and skills, identifying areas and actions for improvement - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, or 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales or Marketing operations
- Experience in leading sales training or other trainings
- Deep knowledge of sales process, sales go-to-market; sales experience or deep experience working with sale teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Experience in SaaS, DaaS industry is ideal
- A self-starter, collaborator, resourceful hands-on operator who has experience or the desire to build a new program
- Ability to quickly build rapport with sales team and other functions in a virtual and global environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Seismic is preferred
