Becoming a Customer Service Agent with French at Capita: As a Customer Service Agent at Capita you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment. What you’ll be doing: Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)Analysing and solving customer’s’ queriesSharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)Making changes to the systemForwarding faults or calls to other departments.
Requirements
Skills you need to succeed: French C1 level or aboveEnglish at B1/B2 lvlCustomer oriented attitudeExcellent organizational and communication skillsGood knowledge of MS OfficeWillingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (might include night shifts)
