- Acting as a main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and summaries, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to manage commercial activity
- Coordinate and complete customer quotations, under the supervision of the Sales Manager
- Support customer visits to manufacturing sites and sales offices globally
- Analyze costs and pricing for customer applications
- Receive, verify, and manage customer purchase orders
- Maintain the sales budget for the accounts managed
- Support customer cost breakdown activities
- Track and update customer contracts
- Maintain and control project expenses
- Support commercial aspects of product development and design changes
- Understand customer’s expectations
- Understand customer’s organization, program milestones, and key deliverables
