You provide input to reporting and governance for key performance indicators and contribute to measurements of performance data, analytics, scorecards and tracking, providing insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Help create business metrics including KPIs
• Provide in-depth analysis and regular and ad hoc reporting
• Provide input for presentations to senior management to aid decision making and continuous improvement
• Develop and improve analytical tools and visual aids

Vous serez amenés à travailler sur les missions suivantes :

- Création , diffusion et amélioration des rapports et tableaux de bord pour l’équipe Demand Planning &Fulfillment (DP&F) Europe de l'Ouest (France, Benelux, Espagne, Portugal, Italie) et le CS&L

Participation à la définition de la stratégie digitale (outils, supports, formations) du DP&F et son implémentation

Elaboration de la gouvernance digitale (architecture, gestion des accès et autorisation, maintenance des données et des reports) et son suivi

Animation du partage de savoir et des best practices à travers à la communauté Digitale CS&L Western Europe et MEU

Veille exploratoire sur les nouveaux outils (Datalake, NoCodeLowCode, AI) et fonctionnalités ainsi que la stratégie MDS & CS&L

Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si...

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Powerpoint, VBA, PowerBI, … ),

Avez une expérience des outils BI (Analysis for Office, BeX, PowerBI, Tableau..)

Etes à l’aise avec la manipulation de grandes quantités de données, base de données

Avez envie de développer vos compétences en codage (PBI DAX, NoCodeLowCode)

Vous avez une capacité d’écoute et de synthèse pour répondre aux besoins d’utilisateurs de différents niveaux hiérarchiques (Managers/Users/Senior management) et pays

Savez faire preuve de capacité d’organisation et de planification de votre travail

Vous êtes curieux et enthousiaste des nouveaux outils digitaux
