Technical Support Engineer

Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our products (telescopic handlers) to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as a link between the customer/dealer and other internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers and dealers assistance to enable them to repair the products most efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide technical and troubleshooting support to service network technicians
- Keep the Product Support Managers informed of incoming information relative to machine quality
- Cooperate with Service Managers, Product Support Managers, Warranty Auditors, and Technical Trainers and keep them updated and informed on current problem trends
- Assist the warranty team in evaluating failures and questionable claims
Qualifications
- Technical academic background or equivalent 2-5 years of technical service and/or troubleshooting experience (hydraulic, hydrostatic, diesel engines, electrical systems...)
- Ability to read electric and hydraulic schematics
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Average Technical English verbal and written required
