Job description
TransCure bioServices is a preclinical CRO and an international leader in humanized mouse models. Leveraging deep scientific expertise in immune system and liver humanization, and a client-centered business approach, TransCure bioServices offers research services in efficacy, PK/PD, biodistribution and toxicology that help push therapeutics development in several key domains including oncology, immuno-oncology, vaccine development, immunization, HIV, HBV, inflammatory bowel disease, fibrosis, and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
Missions and Role
The Business Developper will work closely with commercial, marketing, R&D and operation teams to lead business development efforts worldwide. The candidate will also possess a strong ability to carry out scientific discussions with senior researchers within biopharma and discuss the use of research services provided by TransCure bioServices.
Missions :
- Leads client presentations based on specific client needs.
- Identifies key prospective clients and perform strategic, scientific, tailored outreach to increase new business and expand existing accounts.
- Provides appropriate guidance to client to generate a study design based on their needs.
- Uses CRM
- Stays on top of scientific development in all TransCure bioServices services.
Required travel 30% Education and Skills
- PhD (immunology / immune-oncology/ biology)
- At least two years of experience working with in vivo mouse models
- A solid understanding of the drug development process and preclinical research.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, as well as analytical, critical-thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced organizational and operational capabilities, with an aptitude for understanding and remembering the content of potential partner interactions.
- Innately motivated, meticulous attention to detail, and a demonstrated proficiency in team collaboration.
- Fluent English mandatory.
