Job description
Day to day activities:
* Handling payments (online banking system), booking invoices, bank reconciliations, customer and vendor statements reconciliations.
Monthly activities:
- Creation of request of funds documentation by checking: Bank balance, agreed annual budget and outstanding vendor positions,
- Creation of running costs reports for vessels by checking inventory calculations and agreeing balances with various statements,
- Collecting and providing supporting documents for year-end audits. * Experience in an accounting role for at least 2 years,
- Fluent in English (spoken and written),
- Office Package (Excel, Word and Power point).
