You will be responsible for the overall solution during the entire project life cycle, at the interface between the customer and the Exotrail business and technical teams.

You have a mindset "action and solution oriented", and in line with the "better done than perfect" approach but still considering a very high level of quality for all your deliverables.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

Management of customer projects in the field of electrical propulsion systems for small satellites,
Planning/monitoring resources for the successful completion of the projects,
Writing and/or organising technical documentation,
Depending on the nature of the project, contributing to hardware integration and tests, both in Exotrail facilities and in external facilities,
Achievement of project objectives in terms of scope, time, costs, quality and customer satisfaction,
Implementation of a proactive risk and opportunity management within the projects,
Coordination and tracking of customer requirements vs. contractual scope of works,
Daily management of the technical multifunctional project teams,
Management of relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and with all internal stakeholders (including reporting and analysis),
Presentations, workshops, and project reviews organisation (internally and with customers),
Feeding of the company product roadmap with projects and customers feedbacks,
Possible conflicts resolutions (internally and with customers),
Exotrail development culture spreading to the customers.

Preferred Experience ‍♀️

Highly motivated engineer, capable to work in a challenging field, and that excels in a collaborative environment.

Proactive, dynamic, hands-on, success and solution oriented.

Embedding a culture in line with the Exotrail values.

Willing to devote time and effort to documentation, planning tasks, managing the customer relationship while also helping with the assembling and testing in test facilities for certain R&D projects.

Having past hands-on experience on space/propulsion subjects is a plus. Experience in space projects will be appreciated but is not fully mandatory.
