Do you want to play a key role in developing the product portfolio of an international market leader in professional cleaning, hygiene, and disinfection solutions?
As Portfolio/Product Manager, you bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You are responsible for driving the growth and profitability of your allocated product portfolios, Kitchen Care and Fabric Care, in France. This includes product lifecycle management and activation of all new product introductions and innovations into the local BtoB marketplace alongside the development and implementation of relevant marketing support materials and collaterals.
● Manage product portfolios and introduce new products and programs in the French market. Implement and deliver with excellence the portfolio plans to develop and promote the portfolio together with the dosing and dispensing equipment used with it.
● Take a leading role in monitoring and managing the product life cycle, and drive improvements in sales and profitability via mix optimization and innovation rollout.
● Work with regional portfolio stakeholders to further develop new propositions that will add value and bring profitable growth.
● Support the EU Portfolio Team Leads in specific regional projects.
● Localize and develop product support and marketing collateral materials. Liaise with local sales organizations to present programs, activities, new product introductions, and innovations.
● Minimum bachelor"s or master"s Degree
● Experience in managing both projects and innovation launches.
● Strong marketing background and track record of developing, launching, and managing marketing campaigns.
● Ability to understand the local competitive landscape and transform it into pricing / promotional activities.
● Ability to influence and motivate others.
● Can-do attitude, leads by example, uses, and showcases best practices.
● Proficiency in the Microsoft Office pack, SAP, and CRM (ideally Salesforce)
● Travel requirement: up to 5% of the time, on a needs basis.
● Hybrid position in Fontenay-sous-Bois (94), you have the opportunity to occasionally work from home.
