Job description
The Independents offer global communication, consulting, events, digital and marketing services for the fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle industries. Created by the merger of K2 and Karla Otto in 2017, reinforced by the partnership with the Dubai agency The Qode, Lefty, Bureau Betak, Prodject, CZTAR, Atelier LUM, INCA and more recently Atelier Athem.

Today, K2 is looking for his Head of CSR, a key position to implement a worldwide CSR strategy across all our agencies.
CSR strategy
- Development and implementation of a CSR strategy for K2 agencies;
- Creation of a CSR charter on offices rules and employees wellbeing with HR;
- Creation of market guidelines for eco-design and event production
International coordination
- Oversee the implementation of the CSR policy in all the K2 Agencies, ensuring that actions are consistent and effective
Internal communication
- Address the challenges of engaging employees who are less sensitive to CSR issues, by implementing inclusion and awareness-raising strategies;
- Organization of an internal workshop deploying CSR training for our team members and clients to increase CSR Knowledge
Local production
- Selection of CSR partners for each market;
- Identification of supplyers (labels, CSR level etc);
- Identification of eco-design and production actions to ensure continuous improvement;
- Creation of tools for each market – carbon calculation, preferred suppliers, CSR approach…;
- Creation of a CSR communication slide for our corporate presentation
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years experience in a similar role in an event/production company;
- Passionate about CSR;
- Prerequisites include strong organisational skills and a solution-focused approach;
- Professional with excellent communication skills;
- Ability to convince others about your convictions;
- Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient, with good common sense and initiative;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel);
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal), french mastering would be a +
