In ADEO, the Performance Challenge is the unit responsible for supporting ADEO's companies in maximizing operational and strategic performance for each brand. It covers all decision-making processes in various areas: commerce, supply chain, customers, products, human resources, digital tools, etc.
In this context, we are looking for a Data Science & Analytics Performance Manager (also called "Leader Performance") to support ADEO group Directions (also called "Challenges") to promote performance driven by progress and growth, and support the data evolution of our professions.
⛳️ YOUR MISSIONS
As Data Science & Analytics Performance Manager (also known in ADEO as "Leader Performance"), you are reporting to the Performance team at ADEO Services and directly to François DEDICKER , Global Head of Performance in ADEO.
You will closely collaborate with Challenges (Supply Chain, Commerce, Offer, HR, Positive Impact...), Digital Platforms, and Business Units (Leroy Merlin, Bricoman, Weldom, etc.). Your role is to understand in detail the challenges of each sector and identify the most relevant opportunities.
You will be responsible for implementing, in collaboration with all stakeholders, innovative data-driven initiatives to make it impactful and value-creating. While integrating these initiatives, you contribute to an ambitious medium/long-term vision in the group's data strategy. To achieve this, you will:
Manage and develop a team of 3 Data Analysts.
Identify value creation levers in supported Directions ("Challenges") and support them closely in sharing best practices.
Facilitate interaction with Data & Digital teams to unlock new use cases.
Drive performance improvement action plans and track them over time.
Measure the estimated and actually generated performance impact.
Prioritize the development plan of digital solutions for Digital Platforms based on their value creation.
Support risk-taking by providing insights on the right effort/value.
Co-define performance animation rituals for one or more ADEO group directions and monitor activity.
Introduce new KPIs by leveraging the richness of the Group's data.
Develop or co-develop new tools, reports for Challenges and Business Units.
Contribute to advanced analytical approaches combining optimization and Artificial Intelligence.

Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI, Looker, LookerStudio, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience on Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence projects
Experience in project management with multidisciplinary contributors and in different countries
Proficiency in written and spoken English, minimum C1 level
