Contract : CDI/ Permanent contract

Location : Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg)

Segment : Mars Wrigley Confectionery

The role carries out the operations required to deliver a correct payroll in conjunction with the other members of the team within the deadlines set, after carrying out all the necessary checks and taking part in the necessary tests in the payroll system when corrections or changes are made.

You may also BE required to take part in payroll accounting and carry out payroll-related financial analyses.

What are we looking for ?-
3 years of professional experience in payroll with different collective agreements
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables) & computer skills on different systems
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
Ability to manage priorities and analytical skills

What will BE your key responsibilities?

Participate in the delivery of a correct payroll :
Participating in the processing of variable time and activity elements :
Participate in checking time cards.
Dealing with anomalies relating to clocking in and out in the payroll system.
Ensuring that pay slips are calculated and validated in compliance with pay policy and legislation.
Checking that administrative management changes are correctly integrated into the payroll and nominative social declarations.
Process action notices.
Calculate, enter and check bonuses.
Participate in the processing of time and payroll reports, as well as control requests,
Calculating severance pay (including PSE departures).
Drawing up account balances (including PSE departures).
- Identifying and following up on corrections to the payroll system linked to payroll preparation, and participating in tests linked to developments
- Participate in the accounting of payroll and provisions, as well as reconciliations
- Answering various questions from Finance relating to payroll accounts
