Job summary: Fallprotec is looking for a Marketing Manager replacement (full-time employment at company's facilities). The company: Fallprotec SA is a fast-growing international company. Job description: At Fallprotec, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness about how our products/services can satisfy their needs. We're looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager with a background on building, maintaining, and running successful strategies. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities at company's facilities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Within the Marketing department in collaboration with R&D, sales and production departments his/her task is to: Strategy development that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online), ensuring the company is communicating the right messaging. Creating engaging and informative content for the website, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage. Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as the other departments, vendors, and creative artists as per the need. Manage and coordinate marketing staff. Coordinate the production of commercial documentation. As an engineering company, Fallprotec must produce several documentations that could transformthe technical details to commercial information. Manage and coordinate the exhibitions where the company participates. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, market places and marketing best practices to build successful digital strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple digital platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations of best practices. Skills and Qualifications: BSc/MSc in marketing/communication and digital media, with a previous work experience of 3 years. In the absence of degree, a verifiable experience minimum 5 years is necessary (references will be contacted). Professional competence in English and French as essential. Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Proven experience developing digital campaigns and social media strategies. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
