Job description
Votre mission
Based in Nanterre (Paris), we are looking for a motivated candidate wishing to join the French marketing team within a large international group.
Reporting to the Marine Marketing Manager, he/she will also work in close collaboration with the Marketing team and the Marine sales teams.
He/She will oversee :
- Actively work on all marine brands and segments (cruising, fishing and sailing)
- Daily support to the Marine Marketing Manager
- Participate in the launch of new marine products
- Help develop the annual marketing plan
- Lead the Navionics ambassadors
TRADE MARKETING
- Definition and implementation of the Trade Marketing plan
- Daily support to the marine sales team : training, retail implementation, POS, brochures
- Analysis of needs, orders, goodies and POS inventory management and monitoring of display implementations with ROI analysis
MANAGEMENT OF TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS
- Management of marine events and boat shows
- Collaboration with the Communication team to validate the PR and the choice of press inserts for the Fusion and Navionics product range
- Monitoring the digital strategy in collaboration with the Community Manager (planning, content, wording checks, choice of visuals, definition of objectives, etc.) and blog posts
REPORTING
- Definition of KPIs upstream of main actions and campaigns and analysis of ROIs with assessment/recommendations
- Monitoring marketing campaigns from content creation to implementation
- Competitive monitoring and compliance with the graphic charter on different media (including those of our partners and resellers)
Votre profil
Graduate of a Master's degree in marketing, business, or similar field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in product or trade marketing.
You demonstrate proactivity, organization skills, quick thinking and creativity.
You have the ability to manage priorities and multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced and stimulating environment while effectively meeting deadlines.
You are a good team player with good communication skills.
You speak fluent English, both written and spoken (daily use).
Passion and a proper interest for boating, sailing or fishing would BE a plus.
Regular business trips are required within France.
