GrandVision est un leader mondial de la vente au détail de produits optiques et opère dans plus de 40 pays avec plus de 7 000 magasins et des sites de vente en ligne. Les enseignes locales sont bien connues, grâce à leur héritage, comme GrandOptical (30 ans) et Générale d'Optique (25 ans) pour la France.
The Unofficial (Exclusive Brand) Brand Manager is part of the marketing strategy team working on one of the Exclusive house brands of the group Essilor Luxottica, distributed in the GrandVision retail network across EMEA, LATAM et US.
Your main mission is to generate Comp growth profitability maximizing differentiation. The brand manager defines and proposes the Marketing plan and strategy for the brand and once approved ensures its best-in-class development et implementation in the group retail network distribution (over 27 countries).
Key accountabilities et missions
Brand strategy et campaign development- BE an active support et participate with the Head of marketing et communication and product teams, to the establishment of the yearly Unofficial 3-Y plan. Nourish the vision of the strategy, to determine and plan the brand objectives.
\- Produce for Unofficial EB and according to the approved annual marketing plan, engaging, relevant and consistent communication campaigns.
Engage et coordinate- Help coordinate with the countries/ global trade marketing team the local implementation of the campaigns et activation plans, in line with the global strategy and in respect of the brand guidelines, to guarantee best-in-class execution and optimal ROI.
\- Work closely with all key internal stakeholders including all communication channels and Product strategy teams to define et produce best-in-class brand material (campaigns, training modules etc.) to support the brand communication internally et externally towards consumers.
Develop strong visibility to all stakeholders for Unofficial. Inspire and engage GrandVision's et Essilor Luxottica's communities. EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing/Communication
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs - any additional creative software knowledge is a strong plus
EXPERIENCE- 4 to 7 years experience in marketing/communication
- Digital et Social skills are mandatory
KNOWLEDGE et DIGITAL EXPERIENCE- Experience in brand management, marketing, brand content storytelling creation on et off line
