What you’ll be doing at WebhelpAs a French-Speaking Advisor for the World’s Best Search Engine, you will:Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case informationAssure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documentedCollaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Requirements
We’ll be a great match if you:Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical usersDemonstrate patience when communicating and solving issuesKeep up with the latest IT and tech-related trendsAre proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player If you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
