Hours: Monday Friday (09:0017:00)

Location: Flexible (min. 3/4 days inperson per week Leeds office)

Job Title: Executive & Sales Assistant

Launched in 2018 Anstar is a rapidly expanding startup in the speciality chemical distributor space. We have quickly gained prominence in the UVcurable raw materials market including photoinitiators used in inks coatings adhesives 3D printing and electronics.

Our global supply chain European warehousing and local support team ensure that Anstar can offer the highest quality chemical products and provide unrivalled endtoend service for our clients whilst remaining competitive.

As Anstar experiences exponential growth the responsibilities and duties of our CEO are expanding in parallel. As a result we are looking for a talented selfmotivated and adaptable individual to join our team and act as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and a Sales Assistant for Anstar. Your strong organisation skills attention to detail and proactive mindset will be instrumental in helping the CEO perform her tasks and help Anstar grow. Opportunity is present to expand the range of responsibilities to meet Anstar s growth requirements.

> Highly personable > Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills > Excellent verbal and written communication skills > Strong organisation, time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail > Enthusiastic, open-minded and very willing to learn > Tech savvy highly proficient in working with technology (laptops, phones, etc.) and Microsoft software (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) > Proficient with software such as CRMs, ERPs, LLMs etc. > Self-motivated and proactive in anticipating needs > Committed to going above and beyond expectations and grow professionally with the CEO and her company > Able to work independently under remote management (e.g., WFH)
