Manage and prioritize the executives calendar and schedule appointments
Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including email and phone calls on behalf of the executive
Conduct research and prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics including booking flights hotels and transportation
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
