We are looking for content moderator. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve community issues empathetically and promptly.
- Stay informed about products and community standards.
- Advocate for the community and prioritize user wellbeing.
- Investigate and address account support requests and content reports.
- Respond to user inquiries with highquality support.
- Use marketspecific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
- Analyze data for improved user experience.
- Enforce platform policies by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond standard procedures
Required skills
- Fluent in required language
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1year prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or a comparable service/process management environment
