**Job Title: Airtel Appointment Fixing Agent**
**Job Overview:**
We are hiring proactive and customerfocused individuals to join our team as Airtel Appointment Fixing Agents. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to customers whose Airtel broadband connections have been inactive or disconnected. Your primary goal will be to reconnect with customers inform them about the status of their inactive connection and schedule appointments for our field executives to collect routers/modems facilitating the closure of accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Outreach:**
Contact customers with inactive or disconnected Airtel broadband connections through phone calls.
Clearly and empathetically communicate the status of their connection and the need for a field executive visit.
2. **Appointment Scheduling:**
Fix appointments for field executives to collect routers/modems from customers locations.
Provide customers with details regarding the appointment including date time and the purpose of the visit.
3. **Customer Assistance:**
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding the disconnection or closure process.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. **Scenario Handling:**
Navigate various scenarios such as customer objections inquiries or requests with professionalism and problemsolving skills.
Tailor communication to suit the unique circumstances of each customer interaction.
5. **Target Achievement:**
Meet daily targets by fixing 15 to 20 appointments through making 150 to 200 calls.
Consistently work towards exceeding targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service telemarketing or appointment fixing is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to different customer scenarios.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with customers.
Basic computer skills for data entry and appointment scheduling.
**Targets and Performance Metrics:**
Daily Targets: 15 to 20 appointments fixed.
Call Volume: 150 to 200 calls per day.
