Job description
We're seeking a passionate and ambitious self-starter to join our team as the Community Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, grow and engage our community, in order to make it a strong marketing asset for 360Learning. You’ll also be supporting the execution of our Social Media strategy. We are looking for someone who is passionate about community building, events organization, content creation and social media, with a strong results-driven mindset.
The L&D Collective is a private Slack group, owned and managed by 360Learning, opened to all L&D leaders. Members can find peer-to-peer help, build relationships and extend their network, share best practices and advice. It’s a global community of 3.2k members, mostly focused on english-speaking members at the moment, with the ambition to develop the French and German community.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Community building:
- Develop and execute the community strategy to ensure our growth and engagement objectives are achieved
- Animate our Slack channel daily, manage the newsletter and our associated LinkedIn page to keep members engaged
- Organize and support regular in-person and virtual events
- Develop and improve the mentoring program
- Manage the internal communication about the community activities and results
- Monitor the results and act on them, bring new ideas, and ensure the community's growth
Social Media support:
- Daily management of our social media channels
- Develop LinkedIn posts: write social copy and work closely with the design team to develop social assets
