The Charger Operations Team executes all remote functions and collaborates closely with Customer support and Technical support teams. The Charger Opera-tions team will manage all remote activities incl. SW updates, charger configura-tions, troubleshooting and support of the field team.
Your responsibilities
- Support ABB E-mobility organizations in Europe and occasionally around the globe with solving their tickets
- Take ownership and handle cases escalated from the First Line Customer support from opening to closure
- Perform remote analysis and troubleshooting, make sure tickets are solved within the scope/timeline of the Service Level Agreements for our Key Ac-counts
- Support Key Accounts in their ability to maintain and service charging sites and networks by actively scanning their network for possible faults
- Keep a close eye on the software rollout and performance of chargers
- Provide support to First Line Customer support when required, occasion-ally conduct training for Customer support, customers and service part-ners
- Support on-site interventions (to be done by service partner or field engi-neers in the country/region)
- o Create adequate repair instructions
- o Determination of required spare parts
- o Request, and give support to, field service engineers
- o Test the product after service
- o Communicate the results to the customer
- Escalate cases in a timely manner to next expert level (Tier 3) support whenever necessary
- Periodically attend onsite field service jobs to keep own knowledge and skills up to date
Your background
- You have a bachelor’s in a technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Elec-tromechanics, IT) or similar experience in maintaining and/or designing electrical installations
- Affinity and knowledge of Linux-based installations and software is an ad-vantage
- Very good communication skills in English and local language, you enjoy working in multidisciplinary and highly multicultural teams. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered as an asset
- You can work independently and proactively, eager to learn to continuous-ly develop technical skill in this area
- You are curious, solution-oriented and like to find sustainable solutions based on indirect evidence
- You can perform in constantly changing environment under high pressure and be successful in environment with limited information available
- You have good and effective communication skills towards internal par-ties. Able to share the knowledge with different target audiences in most efficient way (trainings, newsletters, webinars, etc.)
- Willing to participate in a standby/ weekend shift
