Le superviseur, formation technique A220 met en œuvre la vision de la formation technique au sein de l’organisation conformément au requis opérationnel et à la réglementation en mettant l'accent sur les activités d'intégration dans l'écosystème d'Airbus, afin d'accroître l'efficacité d'Airbus Canada et la performance du programme A220. A ce titre, vous serez entre autre appelés à:

• Définir, présenter, faire approuver et mettre en application un plan de formation technique annuel pour l’ensemble de l’usine avec l’implication de toutes les parties prenantes.
• Fournir des recommandations stratégiques aux gestionnaires des secteurs techniques en ce qui a trait à la priorisation, à la budgétisation et au déploiement des programmes d’apprentissage au sein de leurs opérations.
• Diriger, développer et guider l’équipe de conseillers en apprentissage technique.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’efficacité et de l’efficience de la formation technique, en faisant preuve de leadership et en utilisant les meilleures pratiques au sein de l’équipe d’apprentissage.
• User de créativité pour définir des méthodes novatrices en cohérence avec l’organisation.
• S’assurer que les processus internes ainsi que les gouvernances sont bien appliqués et respectés.
• S’assurer que les processus de gestion des formations, des compétences et des certifications sont respectés et conformes à la réglementation.
• Développer et entretenir les relations avec divers fournisseurs de formation technique.

Éducation Diplôme universitaire, de préférence dans un domaine connexe comme l’éducation, le développement organisationnel, ou les ressources humaines ou tout autre combinaison ( expérience vs formation) relié au poste Expérience

• De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle relié à la formation dans un milieu industriel et/ou manufacturier
• Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion d'équipe
• Expérience dans le domaine de l'aviation ( un atout important)

• Vous démontrer d'excellentes compétences en communication et savez maintenir des relations de collaboration avec divers interlocuteurs
• Vous maitrisez la gestion de projets et la gestion d'équipe
• Vous êtes à l’aise tant en français qu’en anglais
• Vous vous épanouissez dans des environnements complexes et pluridisciplinaires
• Vous êtes organisé et créatif
• Haut niveau d’autonomie en informatique en environnement Google Suite (connaissance de Microsoft Office est un atout)
• Reconnu pour sa capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées en temps
• Développer un réseau de collègues au sein d’Airbus, comparer les façons de faire, définir et appliquer les normes et les meilleures pratiques d'Airbus, y compris les leçons tirées de l’A220
• Une ou plusieurs années d’expérience dans un environnement syndiqué, un atout.
• Certification professionnelle en formation et perfectionnement (un atout).

The A220 Technical Training Supervisor implements the technical training vision within the organization in accordance with operational requirements and regulations with a focus on integration activities in the Airbus ecosystem, in order to to increase Airbus Canada's efficiency and the performance of the A220 program. As such, you will, among other things, be called upon to:

• Define, present, obtain approval and implement an annual technical training plan for the entire plant with the involvement of all stakeholders.
• Provide strategic technical recommendations to sector managers with respect to prioritization, budgeting and deployment of learning programs within their operations.
• Lead, develop and guide the team of Technical Learning Advisors.
• Contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of technical training, demonstrating leadership and using best practices within the learning team.
• Use creativity to define innovative methods consistent with the organization.
• Ensure that internal processes and governance are well applied and respected.
• Ensure that training, skills and certification management processes are respected and comply with regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various technical training providers.

Education University degree, preferably in a related field such as education, organizational development, or human resources or any other combination (experience vs training) related to the position Experience

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a training-related role in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a management position.
• Experience in the aviation industry (an important asset)

As the ideal candidate:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and know how to maintain collaborative relationships with various interlocutors
• You master project management and team management
• You are fluent in both French and English
• You thrive in complex and multidisciplinary environments
• You are organized and creative
• High level of IT autonomy in a Google Suite environment (knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset)
• Recognized for his ability to make informed decisions in time
• Develop a network of colleagues within Airbus, compare ways of doing things, define and apply Airbus standards and best practices, including lessons learned from the A220
• One or more years of experience in a unionized environment, an asset.
• Professional certification in training and development (an asset).
