The position

Within our Customer Delivery team, the Project Manager aims to secure the delivery of his/her projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication and seamless collaboration among various stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Delivery Director, he/she plays a crucial role in advancing the team's service mission. He/she implements the levers necessary for the success of the project undertaken with our customer and partners.
The Project Manager is involved throughout the customer engagement cycle, organizing and managing project activities. The Project Manager's cross-functional position means that he/she interacts with all Cosmo Tech teams.

Control the your projects commitments (costs, deadlines, quality)

• Animate and drive all the resources - internal and partner - on your projects
• Manage the risks and ensure change control
• Manage the quality process on your projects
• Report the activity of your projects, raise alerts
• Be at the heart of the continuous improvement of delivery processes
• Participate in Cosmo Tech's business development (project plan, costing, etc.)
• Participate in the transverse activity of enriching the roadmap with your project feedback

Engineering degree or equivalent

• 5 years' experience in a similar position
• Ability to work with different profiles (sales, delivery, engineering, marketing, IT)
• Autonomy and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - English/French
• Sense of service and commitment to Cosmo Tech's internal and external customers and partners
• Agility, pragmatism, rigor and ability to synthesize information
• Autonomous
