Pluxee Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) and Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiple countries' Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making, and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviors.
Your next challenge
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the Global Data PMO or Program Manager is a key member of the Global Data Hub team. This position will focus on managing a portfolio of global data projects, organization change management, and product data lifecycle. The objective is to guarantee a perfect alignment to business needs while ensuring an efficient consumption of data team resources.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure effective project governance, to ensure project delivery and overall program/portfolio objectives
- Track the status of project activities and milestones, and ensure that schedules and priorities are being met
- Manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting (Azure Boards)
- Ensure Alignment with project budget (investment / build projects)
- Support the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects
- Identify critical issues, track them through resolution, and escalate if necessary
- Prepare and present project management documents (project charter, project plan, executive summaries, work-back schedules, action items, and change management logs,) as needed
- Centralize and organize all relevant documentation related to the project (slide deck, specifications, charts, and meeting minutes)
- Guarantee the Business Use cases delivery
- Write functional/technical specifications required to deliver the data solution (data flows, data models, governance, and process documentation)
- Identify each project stakeholder's role and responsibility (RACI)
- Apply relevant project methodology considering project organization (agile, waterfall …)
- Interact with countries´ Spoke Project Management community to scale global projects
You"re a match
- Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management
- +4 years working in Program Manager or PMO roles in major organizations
- Previous experience in data projects/topics (compliance, skills, technology)
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodology
- Skilled in Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or Azure Dev Ops, Monday.com)
- Rigorous and organized
- Solid documentation and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (Data specialists, IT, Business, Management, C-Level)
- Fluency in English is required
