JUNIOR CONTRACT MANAGER
PROJECT

PURPOSE
- The service requested relates to the provision of the following service: JUNIOR CONTRACT MANAGER
DESCRIPTION
The activity of this service will focus on
- You are in charge of developing and implementing the company's development strategy
- This is a one-year project aimed at improving the quality of teaching and learning;
- Advise, draft and revise contractual correspondence for customers and partners, as well as contractual communications for suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and update relevant records and reports
- Participate in the preparation of change orders and claims, taking into account pricing, commercial, contractual and technical aspects
- Support the supply chain function in the negotiation of contractual documents for purchase orders, subcontracts and charter-party agreements, as well as in their follow-up and closure during project execution
- Maintain relevant files on behalf of the contractor
In order to carry out the present service, the Contractor must provide the skills described below
- Mandatory English
- Office365: Word and Excel
- Previous experience as a contract administrator/manager, preferably for engineering/construction companies in the UK
