RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for developing the brand with a strong and ambitious plan for Burberry Makeup and you will be in charge of the growth of your lines with development supports teams and the 360-launch campaign management.

Your main focus :

• Define Burberry Makeup 3Y INNOVATION PLAN of the categories
• Be in charge of making your product categories grow by leading the product development process and designing powerful 360° activations in collaboration with all support teams.
• Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects with all the development support teams
• Define the concept of the launch campaign and develop useful support elements to achieve a successful new product launch, in connection with the merchandising, digital, PR , training and Trade Marketing team, according to the timing and the quality.
• Develop the brief for your campaign visuals and assets and you will be in charge of the execution of the Communication campaign in collaboration with Burberry Fashion House – from the creation of the Communication brief to the budget & legal contract management.
• In charge of performance tracking of your axis:
  • Market share, turnover
  • Responsible for the budget in line with the approved P&L
  • Monitor the cost tracking, the margin objective and the profitability of the lines under responsibility.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are a beauty junky, innovative, rigorous, business driven and a good team player to reinvent make up products strategy and portfolio in a competitive make up environment. As an experienced Product Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you :

• Have a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
• Have a 4-6 years of Marketing and/or related experience
• Have a Global Marketing product development experience in Make Up 
• Master the English language on a near native level,
• You master :
  • Planning, proactivity, facilitation, creativity, problem analysis and problem solving
  • Business- Work-flow structuring, monitoring, product knowledge, account administration, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management
  • Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, Business savvy, originality, intuition, digital oriented
  • Leadership and Personal- communication, objectivity, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, impact, tenacity, autonomy, collaboration, client oriented
