Role: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (L3)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We looking for an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The successful

candidate will be responsible for Maintaining developing configuring and implementing

solutions on ServiceNow CSM & ITSM modules as well as providing technical support and

guidance to endusers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow

functionality both on CSM and ITSM modules be able to troubleshoot complex issues have

excellent communication and project management skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.

Ensure all solutions and workflow are aligned to IT Service Management (ITSM) best

practices

Provide technical support and guidance to endusers.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of

ServiceNow solutions.

Stay up to date with ServiceNow technology and best practices.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

Participate in the planning design and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and

enhancements.

Lead and manage ServiceNow projects ensuring timely delivery and highquality results.

Conduct training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

certifications are preferred.

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as SSO CMS Virtual Chat Service Portal Tours

Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Catalog

Asset Database and CMDB.

Experience with ServiceNow Customer onboarding/offboarding license management

domain management platform upgradation scripting (JavaScript GlideRecord etc. )

reports and dashboard creation Email and API integration

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
