MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENGINEERING OFFICE MANAGER/TECHNICAL STUDIES MANAGER:• Analyze the technical documents of the package entrusted to you.• Carry out surveys on the building site, if necessary.• Prepare the technical manuals for approval.• Fulfill the design briefs.• Carry out the technical appraisals.• Carry out the installation sizing calculations.• Produce working drawings, diagrams and synoptic drawings.• Establish the bill of materials needed for execution.• Update the plans as and when necessary and at the end of the works (after checking the as-built drawings).• Ensure the tracking and update of documents (version management) and their distribution, if necessary.• Establish the As-built file by compiling the working drawings, diagrams, design briefs, documentation, manuals, etc.JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 2-5 years of higher educationJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALAll employees within your scope – Engineering office manager – Technical studies business managerEXTERNALService providers – Clients Formation : BAC +2/BAC + 3, technicien système et réseaux.
