Job description
AESC is currently seeking a HR Generalist to join their team.
The HR generalist will support the HR function in all HR related queries thorough the whole organization, such as managing employee lifecycle events, administer all HR related documents and policies. The HR Generalist will also be involved in recruitment processes and strategic development plans at the local and international level.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner in recruitment activities, supporting managers in identifying and acquiring top talent.
- Manage all HR-related documentation, including contracts, termination letters, and pension forms.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to review and update central HR documentation to ensure compliance with legislative changes and best practices.
- Provide strategic and technical support for global and local HR initiatives, programs, processes, and policies.
- Review, research, and update company policies and procedures as necessary.
- Take ownership of the company's benefits offering, ensuring it remains competitive and attractive to employees.
- Stay informed about new HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Background and requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for international experience.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Native or fluent in verbal and written French, with professional-level proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, cross-functional organization with challenging timelines, budgets, and goals.
