We’re investing heavily in Hydrogen fueling infrastructure, and this strategy has created an exciting opportunity for a Hydrogen Engineer to join our H2fM Europe Applications and Solutions newly created team. This group is developing new solutions to support the identified applications that Air Products is targeting in the hydrogen mobility area. This talented group of individuals are focused on providing Project Engineering, Product Engineering and Technical & Operational Support in designing, building and maintaining hydrogen fuel stations and associated distribution equipment. Air Products is also actively building the facilities required to produce, compress, and deliver the hydrogen required by these fuel stations.
More about the Role
The Europe H2fM Applications & Solutions team provides product guidance and technical support to the business area covering all areas from the Distribution Equipment right through to the Fuelling stations, for both High Pressure Gaseous and Liquid Hydrogen (LHY) supply solutions.
Several EU countries and cities have already mandated the uptake of zero emission vehicles, and more are following. Projects and support primarily involve larger scale captive fleet (bus, train) fuelling stations, but the intent is also to support fleet fuelling projects, for example trucks, ships, material handlers. Air Products seeks to be the market leader in providing end-to-end hydrogen refuelling solutions to fleet operators, providing hydrogen molecules together with complete refuelling infrastructure including operation and maintenance services.
The hydrogen engineer operates within the H2fM Europe organization and supports directly European sales team in UKI, SE, NC and CE regions, reporting to the Europe H2fM Product Manager.
