Overview:
The Field Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the companys revenue by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position is essential for the companys growth as the Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the companys products or services directly to potential customers in the field. The role involves meeting sales targets building rapport with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing MBA.
- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
