The Business Solutions Branch within Information Management and Technology Division has a requirement for an ICT Technical Writer / eLearning Developer resource to deliver technical design documentation and elearning artefacts.
Requirements
Essential criteria
- Ability to produce technical documentation and artefacts to a high standard by collating and organising the technical knowledge from the project design leads.
- Ability to produce artefacts for nontechnical audiences to explain new enhancement and feature designs including engaging and interactive video modules materials and resources.
- Deliver knowledge content in a clear and concise manner in various mediums tailored to the unique needs and skill levels of diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal business teams to stay uptodate on the latest features and advancements through a software lifecycle change.
- Cultivate strong relationships with project team members and business areas acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Throughout the software change continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge artefacts making necessary improvements and adjustments.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word Microsoft Teams and Adobe Captivate
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solution.
- Experience working within project teams.
Desirable criteria
- Agile product development techniques.
- Broad knowledge of software development and delivery lifecycles.
- Knowledge of information security and privacy.
