Description du poste :To support our strong growth, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success department based in Paris with 2 remote days per week.
Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you will manage "key accounts" customers in France and internationally in the deployment and integration of all WALLIX solutions. As part of the Customer Success department, you will assist the Professional Services team with their support projects.
You will also be responsible for introducing best practice by proposing templates and new processes and participating in the continuous improvement of the service.
You will be the main technical contact for key accounts and acts as a liaison between key account customers and the various WALLIX departments (Technical Assistance Centre, Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D, etc.).
