Job description
The Claims Management area is part of Mudum's Customer Service Department and its mission is to achieve excellence in operational performance, based on efficient processes, promoting and coordinating structuring initiatives, implementing change management and contributing to the growth of the company's global business.
To reinforce our structure, we are looking for a Claims Manager - Litigation .
What do we expect from you?
- Carrying out an integrated claims management: Claims process management, collaborating with all parties involved in order to resolve the claims process;
- Management of automobile, personal accident and multi-risk claims processes;
- Fitting the situations reported into the contracted guarantees;
- Decision making within the levels of autonomy;
- Telephone answering and documentation processing within the scope of the claims processes;
- Monitoring of legal proceedings.
