Mondial Relay is looking for a passionate IT Program Manager with good Agile knowledge to manage strategic projects, in connection with the various departments of the company.
This role requires a strong and resilient project manager with excellent communication and leadership skills who enjoys problem solving.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead one or multiple transversal projects / programs to drive alignment between several teams and departments regarding strategic challenges
- Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in
- In collaboration with our experts, design and recommend appropriate, reliable and scalable technical solutions
- Identify project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures
- Ensure impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned
- Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts
- Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability. Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date. Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering school (such as Centrale, ISEN, etc.), Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.
- Previous proven project leadership experience (3+ years).
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations.
- Ability to solve complex problems in order to present them in a simple and effective way.
- Autonomous and rigorous, with a strong sense of organization and reactivity.
- Experience in Software Development or Technical Support preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
