We are currently looking for our future Customer Intelligence Specialist Senior (m/f/d)  based in Paris, Obernai, Blieskastel or Frankfurt .

Context

In this context, you will organize and conduct customer surveys for which you will select the best methodological approach, whether qualitative, quantitative, forward-looking or innovative. You will collect and aggregate information from a variety of sources and derive powerful recommendations for a high-level customer experience.

Mission
Your key responsibilities:

• Organizing and planning the annual customer insight roadmap in line with the company's strategy and business priorities. 
• Coordinating the planning of customer surveys across the Hager Group by consolidating all the initiatives carried out by the various teams. 
• Coordinate the analysis of results, the formulation of recommendations and the associated communication plans with the various stakeholders. 
• Implementing a 360° customer vision by customer target by aggregating all sources of intelligence available within the company and organizing its distribution within the company. 
• Identifying ways of improving the customer experience and formulating clear, well-argued recommendations on the remedial action to be prioritized, in line with the impact on customer satisfaction and the company's strategy. 
• Helping our markets and other stakeholders to take ownership of the system and providing the support they need to develop their adoption, autonomy and expertise.

Your profile 
With a 5-year degree, you will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, including expertise in data analysis and/or customer surveys, or any related field, and you will be able to identify with the following description: 

• Practical experience in implementing various research methodologies (online/telephone surveys, focus groups, usability tests, social listening, etc.) and in coordinating service providers (survey institutes, etc.) 
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills to analyze large quantities of information and translate them into clear, concise recommendations to improve customer satisfaction. 
• Expertise in project management, including the coordination of international projects, as well as a results orientation to ensure structured actions.

You know how to turn complex concepts into usable recommendations and have strong communication skills.
