We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our teams working on one of our renowned client's facility based in Crolles, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.
Fixed Term Contract and on-site position (CDD) or 6 months contract (daily rate) with possible contract extension.
Your role will be to provide level 2 and 3 IT support on various devices (Fixed PC, Laptop, Tablet and Smartphone).

Skills required

• Knowledge of Windows 7 - Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu base only)
• Knowledge of Mac OS (basic only)
• Android / iOS knowledge
• Knowledge of Office365 (office suite)
• Knowledge of Onedrive
• Team player
• Management of Active Directory
• Diplomacy and pedagogy

Additional skills (would be a plus)

• SEP Antivirus
• ServiceNow (ticketing tool)
• Landesk Remote Control
• Knowledge of HP products (laptop, desktop and printer)
• Network basics (IP addressing and server knowledge)

Language skills

• Technical English, fluent in French

Experience and qualifications

• BAC +2 (BTS in computer science)
• At least 1 year experience in an IT department (user support)
